Wrinkles are like traces to me.
They don’t only show the traces of aging but also the passing of time itself.
Philosopher Leibniz recognized that the elementary particle to compose the world is a wrinkle not a dot. Based on this theory, Deleuze explained that wrinkles can be divided into ‘wrinkles of materials’ and ‘wrinkles of spirits’ and those two types of wrinkles are connected to each other.
So, is it possible to express my traces through visible wrinkles and spiritual wrinkles being connected, actualized and practiced?
This question was lingering in my head while working.
Maybe wrinkles are made not by the coexistence of the two but by the flow from one to another.
If so, it is the right way to express visible wrinkles first then to approach spiritual wrinkles.

As artist saying, her work , rather than in any artistic value, was for one of the internal scrutiny of time to look back own self . So the work of Kim Yongmi is showing off completely little bit different ceramics , went there to combine the image close to modeling and illustrations or paintings .

Each countries can become a accessories like a necklaces, broaches and pins. People can pick up any counties from the board and wear it. The same time goes by all over the world as same as this place where we are in. When retrace one's memories at that time, can remember the place where we've been to, the smell, the color, the atmosphere, the temperature and the air which we've experienced. The things were there at that time and still has been there or hasn't been there yet. Artist Hitomi Hashimoto wishes sometimes could come into in people’s mind in daily life. She traces the topography following a map as she actually walks the place, as someone traced the way. Each people pick up the one with ease episode. By being added the person's episode into the one, the work will be separated from own and completed. Sometimes it might be a communication tool in each place. It will accumulate new episodes in each place. That is really artist hope.
